Our People
Joe Trojcak

Joe composes and runs the studio while his wife Lynne designs the atmosphere and the vibe that keeps people coming back.

Mike Washkevich

Mike obtained his bachelor degree in recording from Lebanon Valley College in 1998. He has been working regularly at Progressive Enterprises since 2000. Recent projects include the Mark DeRose Band and The Greatest Funeral Ever. Mike enjoys working with a wide variety of musical styles- but his specialties lie in those recorded with live musicians on live instruments. It's the main reason I come to Progressive! There's not a better sounding recording space in the midstate. Pull up a fader with a mic in that live room- and you can just hear the difference. Mike works with bands at all stages of development... from upstarts to highly experienced acts.
